Remember how my track coach said he’d informally send a work out to us this week even though we are not yet in spring track season?

·          12-14 x 440 at 1:48-1:50 sec with 15-30 sec rest


I’m trying to be positive and everything, but really… I don’t even know if I could do that with someone running with me, to help push me!

There is absolutely no way I can do that.  I had 90 second rests last week. I might fall over with this, and if I do it, it’d be on a treadmill. One on which it is very tempting to jump off of, as it’s in my hotel!

On a positive note, the sun is now shining here in D.C.  Can’t wait to get outside and take pictures!
